The employees are bigots' who only cater the Caucasians and when you do not approve of the services received, they become extremely unprofessional. When I told the nail technician I did not approve of my nail shape, she threw her tools down and became extremely unprofessional. She had already not offered my co-worker or myself anything to drink like she had the Caucasian customers. She began mumbling and rolled her eyes at me. The owner's daughter had to intervene and just offered to soak the nails off and completely start over. I then her I would prefer to have a different nail technician because I then became uncomfortable with the previous technician's service. As I was in the process of having my nails re-done, the owner's daughter, [redacted], had received a telephone call where she had begun cursing and become irate. Her customer had to tell her to step outside because of her vulgar language being used within the nail shop. Once, she returned back inside, she still was cursing and yelled at one of the young ladies who appeared the be a non-certified nail technician. The owner was doing my nails, and I had changed my mind about the nail shape. Once I told her about my change of mind, she also threw down her tools and had a very disgusting attitude. When I told her that I was just going to pay and leave and the service was absolutely unacceptable, [redacted] started to raise her voice at me and began talking to me as if I was not a paying customer. She then went on to instruct her mother just let her pay so she can leave. As I paid twenty-two dollars in cash for the half-service I received, the mother was still talking and had an absolute unprofessional tone and demeanor. ThDesired Settlement$22Business Response The salon was a full house the day Ms. [redacted] and her friend came, they waited a good 45 mins to an hour**efore we could start on their nails. I could see and feel the frustration on her face from the long wait. As I approach her, I immediately said, "Sorry about the long wait and thank you for waiting". I then sat down and**egin to start on her nails. I asked her what shape did she want her nails to**e and she repeated "round". I then shaped one finger and showed her, which she said, "Yes, that's fine". I shaped the other four fingers and showed her again and this time she immediately frown and got very hostile saying that this is not the shape she wants. I then told her, "That's fine, I can reshape it for you". After I've done that, she was still not happy. [redacted] (the manager), was next to me and saw that I was having a hard time so she stepped in and reshaped Ms. [redacted]'s nails for the 3rd time which she still did not like. [redacted] then told her that we will soak her nails off and we will redo them. Ms. [redacted]egin to mumble words under her**reath about me and demanded that she get another technician in which [redacted] said "That's fine". The whole time while her nails were soaking, she was talking to her friend about the salon and about everyone in the salon, including the customers. Ms. [redacted] stepped in and**egin to redo her nails. It took her close to an hour to completely remove the set of acrylic that was on there. When it was time for the shaping, Ms. [redacted] then asked "what shape do you want"? Ms. [redacted] responded this time with "I want square shape". It took another 20 mins to completely shaped the nails. When Ms. [redacted] was done with the shaping, Ms. [redacted] looked to her friend and laughed and said, "I want round nails". Ms. [redacted] then told Ms. [redacted], "You told me you wanted square nails". Ms. [redacted] immediately**egin to shove her fingers in Ms. [redacted] face, calling her a "chinese[redacted]" and started cursing the whole salon out.[redacted] stepped in and told her please don't do this in here and that if she was not happy with her nails, she is free to leave with no charge. Ms. [redacted]egin to get very hostile this time saying, "Who the [redacted] are you" and started waving her fingers in**oth[redacted] and Ms. [redacted]'s face.[redacted], again told her to please calm down and to wa[redacted] her language and to just leave free of charge. She then got very furious and dig in her purse and took out $22 and threw in Ms. [redacted] face, called everyone in the salon "Racist [redacted]s" and walked out. About 10 mins after she left, she**lew up the shop phone and each time it was "Stupid [redacted]", "racist[redacted]" "f[redacted] this salon" and etc. What Ms. [redacted] fell to realize was majority of our clientele that night was [redacted]American. We run a very friendly and professional nail salon**usiness. We try our**est to satisfy and please everyone who comes in**ut, unfortunately you just can't please everyone. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the**usiness.)It wasn't even a response for apologizing for the in unprofessionalism

I was over-charged for services received. When I called to complain I received a rude response just like when I was there with other complaints.STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! This is THE WORST experience I have had with customer service. My mother and I went here a day ago and we will not be returning. 1) We got pedicures and the nail "technicians" got upset because we asked for a base coat before polishing our toenails. They started throwing tantrums and talking in that Chinese language that no one understands. I took cosmetology for three years therefore I know the process of a pedicure. If you don't put a base coat on your nails, fungus will grow and your nail plates will turn yellow. 2) While doing my moms nails, the technician (the English speaking one) took a personal phone call in which she was arguing and cursing loudly to the person on the other end. 3) When we were ready to pay no one was able to take our payment because they were all busy, which means there are not enough technicians. We waited 15 minutes to receive assistant and when the girl (that speaks majority English) came over, she did not wash her hands after finishing a pedicure and suggested twice that she could go ahead and ring our cards. After my mother told her "I'll wait till you wash your hands" she became extremely rude. I mean, who wants someone else's toe jam and germs on their personal belongings. It's common sense. Then after we paid our tabs, we put cash in the tip field and tipped her. She did not say Thank you even after my mother told her "Thank you" first. 4) I checked my bank statement today and see that they overcharged my card for an amount that I did not sign off nor agree too. This is considered FRAUD. When I called to speak to someone, they put the girl (who speaks mostly English) on the phone. She became very rude and hostile and told me "Well you don't have to come back" after I told her about my terrible experience and that I did not authorize my card for that amount of money. My receipt even shows only the amount I should have been charged, nothing extra. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NIGHTMARE TO ANYONE. They just don't understand that word of mouth is EVERYTHING and it can be their best or WORSE form of advertisement. They do not focus on health or customer service and the nails weren't that great or the "technicians." I wish I knew that girls name. She was the only one who spoke mainly English and it's not hard to figure out whom I'm talking about. She knows who she is. I am now going to complain with the Revdex.com and working with my bank on this issue. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! I will NEVER go back and I will warn everyone I know. Desired Settlement$55.00Business' Initial Response **.[redacted] recieve service on the 14 of the August. She was very rude to our technician and constantly making fun of her English. **. [redacted] have over 15 years of nail experinces and speak good English. Not one time did **.[redacted] complaint about her nails. It is routine to ask at the end of service, if the client is please and the answer was "yes". **. [redacted] and her mother pay and left. They never let us know of any problems or complaints. All of our techs wear gloves to preform pedicures so I believe that her mother was trying to the degrade our tech by telling her to and I quote,"You need to wash your hand before you take my money."end quote. They spend a total of 85 and left a 7 dollars tip to be share between 3 people. The next day **. [redacted] call saying that she felt she pay too much for her nails and that she was unhapppy. Our tech inform her that we would be happy to take a look at her nails but the pricing is firm. She ask for a discount and we say that there would be no discount. She then say that our service was poor and she was not happy with her nails and that we should give her a discount. Again the tech inform her to please come in and we will fix any problems she have with her nails but there would be no discount. That is when she call our tech a ____________ twice. Then our manager took the phone and ask her to clam down and stop using such language or we will hang up. She then say and I quote.'________ you, you asian _______." end quote. That is when our manager hang up. She call again with the same curse words and again we inform her that we will hang up if she continue with such lanuage. She was still cursing. She inform her bank to do charge back on the purchase. She say the her cuticle was "mess up". Any damage done to the cutilces would show immediately, so she is lying. We have a sign reciept where she agree to pay the amount of 50 dollar and our merchant services is now diputing all clams made by **. [redacted]. Our salon have been in business for over 15 years. All our manicurists are licnese and experience. We pride in our costumer service but will not take any verbal abuse from patrons. If **.[redacted] was unhappy with her services, even if she just didn't like the color she pick, we would have redid it at no extra charge but I believe she was trying to get free nail job. What she saying is not making any sense. If she was unhappy with her services, why did she not complaint, pay ,and then tip? We will provide other documents if needed. Also, the amount that we are disputing is 50 not 55. I can provide a statement showning the dispute amount is 50. There is no way for us to rerun her card without the card present. Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)To begin, I never had a problem with my nail color, technician, or cuticles being messed uo. You have been in business over 15 years, yet your lying about business you received. I never asked for a discount nor was anything wrong with my nails. I simply called after showing a pending payment of $55 to my card when I SIGNED a receipt that said $50. I then called my bank and let them know you all charged me too much and therefore they refunded it to me. You don't go automatically add a tip to someone's card. I NEVER authorized a $55 payment. Therefore what you all did is fraud and it can be taken up in court. However, I no longer care for this situation, because as stated, my money was returned to my card and my business will no longer be given. Next time, make sure your lies are in tact before putting them into writing, because your story is all over the place. I also have proof of my card being authorized for more than $50. At the end, I have my money back and this is no longer an issue, because it is really unprofessional for a "15 year business" to lie on a customer(s) and then charge money to a card that was not signed off upon. Good luck trying that with the next customer.
