Review: Ordered four items from Karl Ehmer through their website. The order was to be shipped to Texas with 2-day air delivery.

The order was shipped with only three of the items included. When I tried to use their email address, [redacted] the email bounced back as undeliverable. I subsequently found their phone number and called.

I talked to two rude customer service people. The customer service people offered to refund the $9.75 for the item and when I ask, $3 for shipping for a total of $12.75. If I ordered the missing item again it would actually cost $42.75 with shipping because it would be a single item.

The second customer service person told me that I could not order form their store again if I disputed the amount with my credit card company and then wished me a Merry Christmas. Credit card company has been contacted.Desired Settlement: This seems to happen with every Karl Ehmer order we place. Simple outcome is that we'll stop ordering from Karl Ehmer.
