To whom it may concern Our General Manager spoke with customer to apologize and address concernsWe have taken care of all of the customer concerns at this timeWe gave her a new temp tag and got all the right title and paperwork to the DMVWe gave customer a check back the cost of the repairs Customer should be happy now and knows that he may contact our General Manager Jon May should anything else become a problem
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I contacted three local Toyota dealers and was quoted me @$(of the quotes attached) with one saying it might be $to install the hitch not $that he is trying to get out of me that he wants for “labor”.I made three suggestions to him to rectify the situation (see #below) .1- Install the hitch I asked for and I will pay the $same as what the other single dealer quoted.2- Wright me a check for the $credit he offered me and I will get the hitch and installation done elsewhere and return the one originally installed.3- Remove the installed hitch and give me the one I requested/payed for and I will have it mounted elsewhere.All of which are fair suggestions to settle thisFor some reason he is determined That I pay his dealership $200,00+ more than the other Toyota dealerships are quoting me.At this time #is the option the I would prefer, I'm not asking him to "Eat Anything" as he so eloquently puts itjust be fair Sincerely, [redacted]
