as you can see all issues have been resolved except satellite radio-free oil changes are year synthetic or year standard oil based on avg driving-hitch was not missing, truck did not come with one from factoinstalled hitch-2nd key provided-inappropriate salesman/manager not her any
moreWhen customer was asked to take a different car in a different color they are correct, it did not have satellite radio, but it did include a cold weather package ($value) at no additional charge I am very appreciative of the vehicle purchase and would like to help However, FCA (Fiat Chrysler) does not make an integrated accessory for satellite radio Additionally, the factory satellite radio with integrated satellite is not compatible with this car I see that customer was told different but I ran her vehicle ID number and it is not As far as contact I agreed to reinstall the auxiliary system in a more acceptable way but customer canceled appointment Customer is still welcome to come in and let us address mounting.Sincerely,Sean M***

***, I apologize for Jason's mishandling of the situation I received your Revdex.com complaint on Friday and I hope you can see by my quick response that your business is important to me As for the damage, I must say that I disagree with your assessment of the cause of the damage After looking at the pictures I do not believe the damage happen here, but I also don't think Kia should have charger you based on the what I see in the picture Nevertheless, I do agree that you are a good customer and appreciate your business and would like to help put this rest and continue to do business I would like to give you a credit toward any future business in the amount of $which is what Kia valued the repairSincerely, *** ***

fees in question are in no way related to Dutchess Kia When you leased the vehicle you entered into a contract with Kia Motor Finance (KMF) as the Leasor and you as the Leasee, the charges are from themWe were simply the seller We can not even do a binding inspection for you as KMF requires an inspection from a third party I would be happy to supply any supporting documentation such as repar oreder for work you may have had done here at the store Sincerely,Sean M***

Earlier in their response, they state that I waited two days to bring back the vehicleWhich time? After the first oil change, I took the car back the same day After the attempt to repair it, it took two days because I was in contact with Kia Consumer AffairsThey finally advised me to return the car to the dealership.How could I provide an explanation as to why there was no oil in the car? That's a question that they should be answering.The dealership said they performed an oil change, yet another certified mechanic showed me evidence to the contraryThe fact still remains that I picked up my car from the dealership and experienced the same issues that were supposed to be repaired.

On 9/*/the vehicle was presented to us with a strange
scraping noise that sound like it was coming from the driver's sideIt was determined
that the vehicle had no oil in the engine and would need an oil change before
proceeding any furtherIt was also noted that the r/f outer tie rod end
had
play in it, which was replaced and alignment
done and a key fob battery was replaced as wellThe customer took the vehicle
and brought it back a day or later stating that it was smoking from the
exhaust and had loud scrape noise .Permission to diagnose the vehicle was
obtainedA compression test and cylinder leak down test was performed and
passedWe removed the turbocharger inlet and found that the impeller shaft
bearing was no good due to lack of
lubrication and caused the impeller shaft to have play and contact the inside
of the turbocharger housing and cause the impeller nut to come off the shaft
because it was seizing upThe customer stated she had not changed the engine
oil since purchasing the vehicle some 25,miles plus agoAn estimate was
presented to replace the turbocharger with original equipment componentsThe
customer declined due to lack of fundsThe customer tried to get funding for
the repair and could notShe then opted to purchase a used turbo charger from
a salvage facilityShe provided this component and we installed itThe
customer stopped at our facility before this occurred and she was explained to
that the turbocharger could be just an end result of a problem with the engine
and not the only issueThere could be something else causing the issue of the
engine loosing oil and that due to a lack of maintenance there certainly could
be other issues with then engineShe said she understood and agreed to the
termsThe turbo was replaced and vehicle driven for a road test to
clear the excessive oil in the exhaust from when the turbo impeller seal had
gone badThe engine oil was topped offThe customer picked up the vehicle and
called the next day and said the engine was out of oil, but provided no information
as to why it was out of engine oil.We did exactly what we said we would do and still have the
old turbo to prove the turbo was in fact damagedThe customer agreed and
understood that the engine could have other issues related to customer neglect
The vehicle was also left at our facility for upwards of days not being
repaired and we did not charge the customer the $per day storage fee
trying to sensitive to her monetary problem.At this time we feel that our actions were justified and
cannot offer a refund based on the facts

The pictures can be viewed on the SRA website,I find it hard to believe that this has gone this far.I mean I have leased three car with Kia and I'm coming up to my fourth.Do you really think I would waste my time for $272.00The pictures plainly show all branches around the car,Kia could of done anything to correct this just to show good faith.An example would be,Sorry next time you lease I will make it up to you.Sorry lets meet in the middle and each pay half.Or at the very least sorry.What I got was nothing not even a return phone call.Bad business I'm definitely not a return customer,nor a recommendation.

We went there knowing exactly what we wanted. We never once asked to negotiate price because we expected to get exactly what we requested for both vehicles. I was told the upgrade was a courtesy, "I told you we'd take care of you", for buying two vehicles. I believed it since we didn't haggle on the price for either vehicle. It doesn't matter if that employee no longer works there, he represented Dutchess Cars in selling those vehicles, and doing so in a wrongful predatory fashion. I have text messages proving that the vehicle was sold to me with the intention of having satellite radio. An unacceptable after market piece of equipment would not have been installed if the dealership believed otherwise.  I did not have a cancelled appointment. I came in for photos of the damage to the steering wheel as I was asked to. No appointment was made yet because it makes sense to have everything fixed in one appointment. The vehicle was towed to our facilityon 11/**/15. After reviewing the failure it was determined that the turbo failed due to a lack of maintenance. The oil feed tube for the turbo bearing was clogged at the pick up end and starved the turbo bearing which promoted its failure. This caused the engine oil to burn through the intake.A used turbo and replacement line were installed as a goodwill gesture and the customer was advised that any subsequent repairs arising from the lack of changing the oil in 30,000 miles will be her responsiblity.
