Karle Coachwork Inc

I scheduled a month in advance, to accommodate their busy workload. They assured me it would take 2-3 weeks once they had the car. It took nearly 7 weeks! I kept calling to get updates and they kept stringing me along, making excuses and giving me a series of inaccurate completion ETAs.

So when I finally got my car back, how was the quality? Well, the paint looked great. But when I got home, I couldn't pop the trunk or open the fuel door. After some adjusting, I was able to get the trunk working again. But the fuel door was missing its spring. I also noticed that there was a lot of noise coming in through the windshield. I took a closer look and realized that they had installed the windshield incorrectly!

So I took the car back in, and had them fix the fuel door. Then I had to take the car in on a different day to have them re-install the windshield.

Overall, a terrible experience, caused by a combination of Karle Coachwork's dishonesty and incompetence.
