I scheduled a month in advance, to accommodate their busy workload They assured me it would take 2-weeks once they had the car It took nearly weeks! I kept calling to get updates and they kept stringing me along, making excuses and giving me a series of inaccurate completion ETAs So when I finally got my car back, how was the quality? Well, the paint looked great But when I got home, I couldn't pop the trunk or open the fuel door After some adjusting, I was able to get the trunk working again But the fuel door was missing its springI also noticed that there was a lot of noise coming in through the windshield I took a closer look and realized that they had installed the windshield incorrectly! So I took the car back in, and had them fix the fuel door Then I had to take the car in on a different day to have them re-install the windshield Overall, a terrible experience, caused by a combination of Karle Coachwork's dishonesty and incompetence
