I have never said the glasses were over years old! The glasses aren't the issue here, the issue is how your employees have treated a returning customerThe person doing the eye exam was overly rude and cancelling an exam that was completed was unprofessional as well as not very profitable to your companyAs I stated before the minimum requirement I have to end this complaint process is an apology from this individual
