Review: My vehicle was parked in front of Karl's Auto Body when an employee of the shop backed into it. I put in a claim through the vehicle that hit mine and [redacted] contacted the [redacted] of the shop who stated he would pay for the damages based on the estimate that [redacted] provided. When I went to the shop to receive payment the [redacted] stated he would not make the entire payment. When I asked for his Garage Keeper's policy so I could file a claim with them he refused the information.Desired Settlement: I would like the company who insures Karls Auto Body as well as the policy number so I may file a claim with them for the damages to my vehicle.
