I am rejecting this response because:I did indeed make several attempts to contact this business however the...

phone number provided was unreachable. I soon discovered that the business had moved its location and I have not since been able to reach Karl's Imports. I am not seeking additional work from this business seeing as the first labor provided was shoddy and in fact fixed nothing. I had to fix this issue on my own. I took several pictures of the poor work provided. I understand small wiring issues such as mine are not high priority for most auto shops and can be hastily "fixed" by mechanics. This was a hasty job that did not remedy the problem. I am seeking no further work, I am seeking a refund in total.Included are photos of the attempt to fix the driver side brake bulb housing where the mechanic instead of replacing the assembly entirely, used zip ties to temporarily hold the housing in place. The brown wires in the image that were supposed to be connected, were instead jammed into their respective metal contact and did not receive full contact. Thus the brake light which I first sought to fix was never in fact fixed. Included also is an image of the passenger side housing where you can clearly see no zip ties on the brake bulb housing.My details are included in this email if further questions are required by either the Revdex.com or Karl's Imports. I will be awaiting a response.

I would like to return the customers cost for repair to the rear lites. If Mr. [redacted] would forward me a mailing address I will be happy to send him a check.
