Very disappointed with their service. Had an appointment to check out my computer, after 3 hours and $285 later was told that he could not figure out what was wrong with my laptop and that it working fine now. He did state that the problem “might” return however, I didn’t think it would be hours after he left (when I used it again). Called back to get a refund, they stated they have to refer to a revisit then send to customer service for a refund. Have never heard back from them.

Ryley was professional, personable and very easy to work with. He answered all my questions in plain English so I understood everything. If needed, I will definitely use this service again. He identified the problem on my computer and, it now works beautifully. Also, he connected, updated and instructed other equipment. Give this man a raise!

Go somewhere else. They send out techs who are unqualified then offer a refund because you're dissatisfied. I took the refund for the hour, paid for 2, but was told I had to sign a Refund Agreement that basically said I had to keep my mouth shut about my experience. After 2 or 3 emails and 30 days, no check so my mouth is now wide open. If I could give less than one star, I would...they need a negative star icon on this review board. Awful company and frankly, I'm surprised they're still in business.

Matt Karl is not a Dr. He operates in several states without state or tax licenses. He used techs found off of Craigslist and Thumbtack. He charges for canceling appointments. He then sends you to his made up collection agency. Avoid this place.

Personally I would not give them any stars. I called for an appointment to fix the turn on button on my all-in-one computer. The technician spent 1 1/2 hours looking up how to open my computer online and then with the help of his office online he finally got it open. He said easy fix the screws fell out. I don't have those screws but I have this special tape that will hold the button in place. The first time I tried to turn on my machine it again fell inside the machine. What a waste of several hundred dollars. Oh and they keep calling to try and make another appointment to help out on my other computers. Lastly, I left a message a couple times with those who answer the phone at this company and asked to have the owner call me back...and nope it did not happen...HORRIBLE!
