Review: I had rented international mobile service from this provider under the pretense on their website that the service would provide "3G" service while abroad. When using their service, the data clearly was not 3G as advertised. I went through customer support, tech support while abroad and was not provided a resolution to my issue. Since returning, I have recieved the run-around in dealing with this company, and despite being told that I would be contacted by a manager, I have heard nothing. The last conversation I had, the customer service person stated they did not promise 3G service, even though, very clearly, it is advertised on their website in multiple locations.

I would like a partial refund for my pre-paid cellular data, as it was not the service I was promised when purhcasing the service. In addition, I would like rebelfone to either change their statements on their website, or change their service to comply with their advertising.

The customer was contacted and has been given a refund. The customer had promised that he would take the complaint back after the refund.
Review: I was notified on two separate occasions that I would be refunded amounts for items ordered being unavailable. The refund never occurred, so I contacted them via email and was told it would take 4-5 days to process. I feel like I am getting the run-around. It should not be this difficult to get a refund and it seems they're simply holding on to my money.Desired Settlement: Refund(s) for a total of $322.30 should be deposited into my account(s) or sent to me via check.
