Although we try our best to help every customer occasionally we must refuse free service to customersThis *** *** was sold on 9//24/with 98K miles on it passed state safety inspection, the customer complained about rust on rotors which is in New England however to keep him
happy we replaced the brakes at no cost to the customerAs far as the alignment and is usually due to wheel balanceAfter reading the complaint it appears that the alignment is the only issue here we are not responsible for buyers remorse we will be glad to reimburse for that, as far as third party extended warranty is between the customer and the warranty company, this vehicle is financed therefore there will be no money coming to the customer it will be sent to the bank, this process will take a few weeksThere is no legal basis for a refund and will not be issuedWe feel we have gone over and above for this customer, we always abide by all used car laws, but will not be intimidated by accusations and will defend our good name in any court of lawRespectfully Submitted Karmen Auto

[I was lied to and sold a LemonYou have done nothing to help usWe have contacted your office multiple times in an attempt to get a refund on a crap warranty that you sold us and we have been given the run around since OctoberI contacted *** Warranty who informed me that YOUR dealership needs to reimburse my lien holder

In that time I have had multiple check engine lights that I have had to pay to diagnose as well as have fixed. All I want is for my complain to be validated and filed. I want no further action. I will pay what is left of the loan and hope that the car lives long enough for me to trade it in.
