We will be forwarding the original $gift card as well as a second $gift card for the second visit that was mentioned in the customers emailWe apologize for the oversight in not forwarding the gift card right away when it was identified that we were out of cards on the showroom floorWe had policies and procedures in place for the promotion to insure anyone and everyone that responded to the test drive offer received their gift card but obviously in this case those procedures were not followed and we will circle back and take care of this right awayThe two gift cards will go out via mail to the address provided on 7/10/Thank you for bringing this to our attention?
