Upon reviewing the customers file we are confident in the diagnosis and repair of the vehicles heating and cooling systemThe concerns the customer originally brought the vehicle to us for (no heat, losing coolant) were verified by the technician and when the recommended repairs were completed the concerns were corrected With regards to the customers electrical issues that started to arise after the repairs for the heating and cooling concerns were repaired, we were in the process of working on those issues and trying to determine exactly what was causing the electrical problemWe did some work to correct the electrical issues and when the customer contacted our Service Manager to let us know they were reoccuring he requested she bring the vehicle to us so we could continue to trouble shoot the problemHe agreed to take care of any charges if we determined it was something that was connected to the repair we did and to provide a courtesy vehicle for the customers use while we were doing the trouble shooting The information the customer is providing here regarding a "screw through the wiring harness" is the first we have learned of thisIt is very possible this did happen during the repair procedure, human error is a potential on any of the repairs we perform and if human error entered into this repair we would stand by our work and repair the error just as we have attempted to do in this case I would be happy to review the repair receipt from the repair facility and discuss reimbursement for the charges to repair the wiring harness

As I expressed previously we apologize for the error that took place. Humans work on these vehicles and humans do make mistakes. The initial work that was done on you heating and cooling system was needed and the repairs to those systems corrected the concerns you brought the vehicle in for. Therefore asking us to reimburse you for the repairs that were done and were needed is not something I can agree to. I appreciate your frustration and we have tried on our part to assist and accept responsibility for the problems our technicians mistake caused you. I can say with all confidence we always took your concerns seriously and we were trying to do the right things all along to find the electrical problem. It is my understanding we had an open appointment to bring your vehicle back in to find the issue your service provider on Orcas Island was able to find and correct. It was always our intention to make things right for you and by covering the costs associated with your repair on Orcas Island and the previous electrical repairs you paid for in our service department (repair order #[redacted]) by my calculations we have covered 100 percent of the costs associated with our technicians error of installing that one screw.

I am accepting partial acceptance response of the letter to Revdex.com
regarding the Reimburse of the other business diagnosis and repair of
wiring with the screw driven through it from heater core install
I also require labor costs to install heater core and radiator that ruined
my wiring harness and caused the dashboard and radio explosions
I request reimburse of labor and cost of radio   
the business did not work with me and dismissed repeatedly my requests 
to review the original heater core  installation and wiring.
