Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:MrD [redacted] states in his email to MrsT [redacted] on 18JUL2017, that when the information was requested on 20JUNI did not provide itHowever, in the e-mail chain sent to MrsT [redacted] and Revdex.com you can clearly see that on 21JUNI did in fact send the informationHe then decides to claim I sent it to the wrong recipient, and then does not reply when I forward the exact same e-mail to the exact same e-mail address with all of the IMAP header intact to show that it was indeed sent to the correct e-mail addressHe does not ever address the issue of my service contract cancellation once all the way up until complaint is made to the Revdex.comLuckily involving the Revdex.com has seemed to light a fire and get him moving, though he still has not provided me with a manufacturer's invoiceHe has provided me with a vehicle buyer's order and a cancellation quote for the service contractHe has since e-mailed me to tell me that he will not send me this invoice Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I had never received a response from them that the matter had been handled. They are okay then and I look forward to my next bank statement

We have sent a copy of the Manufacturer invoice to his Safe Gap Company for the total loss of his vehicleWe have sent Mr*** a copy of his paperwork from his car deal showing what he paid for the vehicle. In our business we do not give Customers a copy of the Manufacturer InvoiceI'm not sure what else Mr*** is wanting but he should be all set with his Insurance Company for his loss of the vehicleHe has everything he really needs

Attached please find a trail of emails between Mr. [redacted] and Jim D[redacted] (our GM).  It took Mr. [redacted] over a month to get us the information we needed to request from him so that he could prove he was who he said he was. Due to the Privacy Policy Act we do not give out customer information...

over the phone unless the person on the phone can prove to us that they are the person involved. As of yesterday Jim D[redacted] sent the customer what he was requesting from us. As far as his warranty cancellation we could not provide a check to Ally due to the fact that Ally deducts any and all cancellations from our dealer proceeds in the following month. The customer could probably contact Ally bank and they should be able to let him know that the cancellation was done and credited to his loan balance. When Mr. [redacted] came in to purchase out his lease he signed a 5 Star Preferred Gap Addendum for the $895.00. It looks like he decided after that he did not want this.  On April 13th we did cancel his GAP and a refund was made on May 1st  in the amount of the full $895.00 to...

Wells Fargo per his request.  The refund always goes to the bank unless the customer can show proof of payoff of the vehicle. The $895.00 was part of his vehicle loan from the bank.
