eventually issued. My complaint is that I tried numerous times to contact Karmic Fix directly in which you never responded. Yes I am a human that makes mistakes and to write that in your reply is insensitive especially since you acknowledged it and did nothing directly  , so your company is at fault for its mistake in how you handle or for a lack of better word negligence in customer service assistance when a customer has a problem. I had to reach out to Groupon daily to find out that my refund was in process after I mentioned my email to the Revdex.com and the fact that they  advertise your product. I am still unclear why your company does not return calls or emails when a customer reaches out for assistance it is your obligation as a company that deals in the food/hospitality industry to connect & deal with the consumer directly.
