I am responding to claim # *** no wait, this claim is "SO" ridiculous, I will not waste my time to respond

I am rejecting this response because: I have multiple witnesses that can attest to my statements that Karns had my car for a period of months with
the agreement to repair my vehicle and never didI was told for a period of months that they were waiting on parts to repair my vehicle then was told over the phone that the wrong parts came in and I was to come pick up my vehicleI asked why the wrong parts came in and were they going to order the correct ones so my vehicle could be fixedThey instead told me to come pick up my vehicle they were not fixing itI was never given a response from Karns why they held my car for months then refused to repair the vehicle and I believe it is evident from Karn's failure to even respond to my complaint that I was treated very poorly.
