I replaced windows and sliders with Simonton Windows and PGT sliders Karoly (the owner) sat with me through the first detailed estimation to the final completion of the project He was friendly, informative and knowledgeable He was always available to answer questions and readily returned phone calls He even personally took time out of his busy day to be at my home to assist me in making a final decision on the placement of sliders I interviewed different window companies and Karoly Windows and Doors ranked the best in pricing, product and service I never had any issues with the company and have recommended it to my friends and even my handyman in order to get the word out The installers do excellent work (right down to the caulking) and are extremely professional They left the work areas clean I am so pleased with my windows and slider and give the company my highest recommendation I would absolutely use them again

In one day Karoly and his two helpers removed and discarded our year old wood front entry door and side lightThey installed a new impact fiberglass door and a side light with buimini-blindsAlso, our rear 8' x 8' sliding glass doors were removed and discardedThen, they installed two French impact fiberglass doors with buimini-blinds and a side light with buimini-blindsThe entire crew was very friendly it was very nice talking to them They did a very good job at preventing concrete dust from going into our house when they were cutting the concreteThey covered the entire 8' x 8' sliding glass door section with plastic and it worked
I am sure that most people can find faults with any business so I will mention two "minor" issuesThe first minor issue involved fiberglass droppingsDuring the entire installation process, they had to cut some fiberglass and they setup their saw on our front lawn When they left, I noticed that they left an â?? 1' square section of fiberglass droppings on our grass so I cleaned it upA shop vac would have quickly resolved this issue
Our second minor issue involved openings around the French DoorsI noticed two areas that should have been plugged up to prevent any insects from coming into our living area One area at the top of the doors was about the size of a square penny Later, I called Karoly and he sent one of his workers to fix the problem
Overall, my wife and I love our new entry door and French doors I would definitely recommend Karoly and his crew.â??
