I am rejecting this response because:they have since Sept given me numerous dates and excuses as to when I would get the merchandise , from its in at the Marion Store and will be here next week to we will call you back the same day to let me know when and if it at all would comeAs far as there policy being laminated on the desk, there were also lots of other papers and pamphlets on the deck..The receipt I was given nowhere states my order was a special order, only that they would have to get it from the other store and would call me with a install dateAfter WEEKS of this and not getting a firm delivery or install date other than maybe in another couple weeksI figured they weren’t going to deliver.Once this is delivered and installed I will accept their excuse even tho their policy’s should also be stated on the recite the customer is given.Like I said this has been going on since Sept so when every thing is done as promised then I will be satisfied....In their response they say it will be here today the 29th of Nov, a full two months from the order dateI will let you know if this is done or will it be another excuse

Yesterday 12/13/the business finally came out to my home to deliver the deck carpeting and install itI am satisfied with the work that was completed.

I have not heard from Karpet Korner..Once they were to receive the carpet they were going to call me with an install dateThey wrote C/B (call before) on my receipt so I would be home to pay the installer (*** *** ***)Also, on my invoice copy they had my number wrong and I had called and gave them my correct number which they asked me for. So, as of today the 30th, I have not heard anything about the carpet coming in....but this is nothing new as I provided you with dates and the times and how long I spoke with them at Karpet Korner and was told it would be here in two weeks,it should be in next week, etc....*** ***

We received a dispute from you on November 28, for a *** *** from Harrisburg, IL.The complaint was addressed to *** ***/Karpet Korner, Inc.1.? ? *** *** has not been employed by Karpet Korner since 6/23/2011.2.? ? Our policy has always been that a special order
can not be refunded, even with a restocking fee.? The reason for this is that we can not return or stop an order once? it is ordered.? This policy is written and displayed very clearly on the front desk where all point of sale transactions take place.? It is not hidden and the customer has to literally sign their check or their credit card receipt on it.? Mr*** carpet is loaded and scheduled to be here on Nov29th.? Special orders are very rarely a problem ut always a potential problem that's why we list this rule very prominently on our front desk.?
