His effort to work with the consumer failed when a offered was made to the consumer and the consumer declined
The product ordered was not the right productThe shipping and packing labels were
conrrect but not the content
He worked with different manufacturers to ensure the replacement product would be up to the consumers liking but was unable to find product that would satisfy the consumer
He will have to work with his attorney to resolve this matter
The doors of his business was closed approximately two (2) weeks ago as he is in the process of relocating to Florida

I don’t think I will ever see any part of the >$900.00 this guy stole from me—it’s probably helping to fund his escape to FLA; I’m sure I’m not the only one he’s running from. One of my reasons for filing the complaint with your organization was to stop others from being robbed by this guy. That said, if someone in FLA tries to research him online, will the complaint come up if they enter/[redacted] his name? I really don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I have mentally, emotionally and financially.  Thanks again,[redacted]
