Dinning Room table broken in the process of a move by employees of this moving company
Our furniture was delivered on 09/10/a claim was filed with the driver of the moving truck on that dayWe received no contact from KarrCalled the company on 9/23/and left a messageReceived a call on 9/26/and was told the person that handles the claims is out of the office on a personal day that they would email a claim form for us to fill outClaim form was filled out and emailed on 10/07/Received an email on 10/07/that a company would be contacted for repair of the tableThe company contracted to fix the table picked up the pieces of the table on 10/28/and told we should have the table back and fixed by ThanksgivingThe company contracted to fix the table returned on 11/22/Only one of the pieces of the base of the table was fixedThe other piece of the base was simply glued together not repairedWe refused to accept the glued piece back due to how heav
