warranty and one replacement for a knife lost by ZH. ZH representative, Robert, was wonderful and he understood perfectly my complaint, and moved immediately to remedy the problem. His response was totally professional and on point, and he has acted promptly to follow up on all his promises. Again, I wish I had found a phone number for ZW sooner. I really think my problems with ZH arose because of ZH's online complaint system.  It was a mess. I think that no one actually read the emails back and forth between myself and ZH. Thank you for your time in this matter.
