*** *** ** no I haven't been contacted from kars on king I went to his shop on 12/26/to ask him if he was going to fix the problems like my tensioner belt keeps coming off it made a lot of squeeky noise then it popped off I bought container of antifreeze because it is leaking I dont know from wherewhen I filled the radiator up it has a lot of brown slushy stuff in it I never saw nothing like iti never had a problem with no mechanic like that I even told him that I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic to do the job righthe replied im that guy so in my mind I was like okso on 12/26/my girl and I go to kars on king to explain and tell him that all the problems ive noticedhe said that the leak cant be his problem and he put a new radiator onthe tensioner belt with all the noise is making is not his problem either and since he recieved the letter from you guys from Revdex.com he is not going to do anything to my van anymore and not to come to his propertyi told him after I paid $you did a crappy job on my van I new I shouldve never trusted youand you also new I have kidsas I walked away he said in a loud voice sue me too smillingi have the reciept on all the work he said he did and I took pictures of the brown stuff in the radiator all I wanted was to get my van fixed to run how

This is a response to a complaint made regarding the sale of 2003 [redacted] to [redacted] am disappointed in her actions, as do not believe they represent the truth and would like to clarify what occurred.[redacted] called regarding the [redacted]. She wanted to buy the car. invited her to the...

office t discuss. Shared with her that there was a part (driver shaft) that needed to be replaced and was already ordered. Offered for [redacted] to drive the vehicle and take it to her own mechanic. Which she did, and upon return, she specifically stated to our Sales Manager that her mechanic told her the vehicle was in good condition and at a good price point.Regarding the window. This was not observed by Las on the lot or highlighted by [redacted] previous to the purchase or at the time of purchase. She brought the [redacted] back to our lot 1 week after purchase to report she replaced the windshield. She again made comments about the good price of the [redacted] therefore was comfortable spending money on replacing the windshield.The [redacted] has a history of maintenance with Kars On King. The previous owner maintained the vehicle well for 3+ years.As standard practice, Kars on King provides each customer who purchases a vehicle with a 3 month warranty that provides powertrain coverage (a copy is attached). This is at the expense of the dealership and valued at $300.2 months after the purchase of the [redacted] the water pump went bad. This is not something that any mechanic or dealership can predict. She reported that her car was screeching and smoking which also indicates overheating, which can be the product of continued driving with a bad water pump.She eventually called after she fixed the water pump to complain about other issues with the vehicle. She was screaming, swearing, and threatening. Despite this, we asked her to bring car in so we could inspect what was going on. She came in, she continued with the same language and disrespect which caused a problem for my patrons and my business. She was inappropriate and disrespectful. Again, despite this, we offered to look at the vehicle. We saw an issue with an oil leak and the AC Compressor. We offered to fix the oil leak and the AC Compressor with no charge for labor, with the understanding she would buy the part for the AC Compressor. She demanded another car from our lot, which was not feasible. She refused this.in discussions with [redacted] it also came to light that she was going to another mechanic. When she shared what she was being charged, I told her she was being over charged and should have comeback to Kars On King to resolve the issues related to the car, that we could have provided services at a better price point.She later called and threatened legal action. again told her that we would help resolve the issues that were present and not charge labor, or charges around an oil leak.As stated previously, I am disappointed in [redacted]'s actions. I am invested in Kars on King. It is business that started on my own with the goal in mind to help others. A sound running vehicle is necessary in our lives. I want to provide that to my customers. However, it is also a balance. These are used cars. They sometimes have higher mileage, etc. While take the time to ins vehicles and cannot predict what might happen to a car that is 13 years old and months pa purchase. That is why include a 3-month powertrain warranty.I am hopeful this can be resolved.
