I brought my car to kartele for a car starter that usually should take one day for installation. I was called at my house them telling me the installer that was working on my car wasn't too expierienced on installing the alarm with my high end type of vehicle. I was angered by their lack of professionalism because you shouldn't hire installers that dont know what there doing jeopardizing ruining the complex wiring that vehicles have today. They said that I had to wait another day for them to install my car alarm; the car alarm installed in my car was normally installed in one day tops.
I waited for the car installation the second day from 9:00am to 5:00pm closing time without an apology for taking too long. I then was told by the sales assiciate they should've charged me more for the hard time they had installing my car alarm. I left the business driving away from the now closed business and relized that I had a alarm that worked but the installers disconnected the wires to other headlights on my vehicle. I called the owner to tell my situation and said bring it to his shop the next day to correct the problem. I came in the next day and I was receiving sarcastic responses and cutting into my conversations of a question about my car installation.
I highly don't recommend any one bringing your vehicle to kartele because your car may not work the same way you brought it in!
