[redacted] came to dealership looking to trade in vehicle. He became upset with salesman and escalated this into threats of physical harm on dealership employees. The police were called when these threats included use of a firearm.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is not the first time I am reporting my concern or problem regarding the vehicle I was sold. I contacted the car dealership out right when I had the issue and they told me to return the vehicle to them as I stated before. Due to the fact that they are no longer in business I'm not sure if you can verify that or not but I went through the steps with the actual dealership I bought the car from about the issue they did nothing so I returned the vehicle to them.
