KASA is saying that I accepted the delivery, which I did not. I had the shipper mark the delivery as refused and the part was shipped back to the supplier, which they should know, it is documented in their records.
The order information is: YourHotCar.com Order ID# [redacted].
I also have pictures of the damage.
The delivery agent for the shipper also agreed the item was damaged.
From their response, I don't think they even looked into the matter, they are hoping that this issue will go away.
This response is as bad as their customer service.
I am still requesting a full refund!

When the lights did not work and I was informed by Customer Service that they were working as designed, I was forced to buy other lights in order to drive the car. I have no need for another set of Lights.

I ordered some performance chip's for my Jeep Wrangler from a site called www.performancechipsdirect.com. The "performance chips" we're misrepresented on their site. What I was sent was a cheap plastic switch that was to be spliced into my factory wiring harness. Also received a call from them and they told me the chip would only work with additional O2 censor chips. I ordered those as well. When I received the package, I realized that what I ordered was not what I expected. I called them for return info, and they said I would have to pay 25 percent restocking fee. That is not ok with me, when they sold me cheap parts to begin with. The parts on the site do not say anything about cutting into the factory wiring harness. They said I should have checked the install instructions before I bought.
