I am rejecting this response because:
When I spoke with the representative offering the "NOVUS" solution, I was so frustrated with the run around I was getting and the feeling that this was simply going to be another case of Big Business wins and the little guy gets nowhere, that I said I would keep the damaged unit because I felt I had no recourse. A friend of mine suggested contacting the Revdex.com to see what my options might be. I am not happy with the product or what I perceive to be the cavalier dismissal of my return request of both the product and my payment. I would like my case reopened and my requests met.
