I have made contact with Joe Kaser, business owner of Kaser Property ServicesAccording to him, the reason why the bill was sent out months later was because it was a late billI advised him prior to cancellation of services, I had asked if I owe anything else for payment, and he stated I didn't
and this should have been the end of itUnfortunately from our previous conversation, Joe stated he never said this, and in fact said I was always late on every payment to the company which I find this hard to believe, because all bills were sent to my parents house via Power of Attorney while I was deployed, and the bill was paid in a timely mannerJoe's attitude over the phone as a business owner for years was offensive and unethical, especially how he treated a current and ex-clientWith further talks, he decided to end the conversation by hanging up on me. I understand it's only 28.00, but it's not about the money, but based on the principle of how he conducts his business. Nothing further to document as communication has ended

I have quickbooks and bank statements to prove every invoice was late and the one your mother paid was two months late and it was also an in your invoice she had before I talked to you on the phone. hopefully when this is reviewed by th Revdex.com the will ask me for proof, because I have it. I have an A+ rating for a reason and you are trying to mess that up becauase you mom paid an invoice after I told you I dont want to do business and keep your money. Its not my fault you didnt call your mother and tell her not to pay what was owed. By the way your welcome for the free mulch job at the beginning of the year. I;m sorry the conversation went the way it did but every invoice over the past two years was late. Being deployed I didnt make a big deal about this. The last invoice I sent your mom 2 months late. I have had thousands of customers with no complaints, what can I do to resolve this. It took me 10 years to get an A+ rating with the Revdex.com. If it Cant be resolved because I offended you and you family I will lose my rating and respond publically.Thanks,
