Review: I purchased a Disney 75th Anniversary Edition Mickey Mouse Telephone. Unable to use the phone for communication. I can hear caller speaking, but I'm unable to respond. In searching online for a quick fix, i've corresponded with others having the same proplem. I tried earnestly, but to no avail to contact this company. I've tried places in NY, FL, and CA. The many names numbers, addresses, and customer support links are all out of service.Desired Settlement: Since I purchased the phone for my grandson, I'd prefer to get replacement. The unit costs $100++ upwards to $300. This phone is not easy to come by, but if a refund is the only alternative, the least expensive used model is $106.00 0n [redacted]. My unit is new in box, therefore, my purchase price of $149.00 is acceptable.
