I spoke to Mrs*** this afternoon and apologized for the situation. Mike Staas Services makes a very strong effort to make sure our customers are taken care off and warranty our workmanshipMrs*** received a Home Warranty with the purchase of her home and we were not informed of
the issue until after the other vendor was called and she had to spend additional monies on her unit. I am issuing a refund to Mrs*** and hope that she will give us another chance in the future.Thank you,*** ***
