Not having any knowledge of garage doors or cost I anticipated having to spend $or more for a new doorHowever to my surprise the technician stated there is no need to replace the whole door only replace parts!!!
With his years of working experience he stated that he has seen far worse doors and was able to bring them "up to code"So I took his recommendation and the door will not be an issue when we go to sell
His labor only took approx hour with a $trip fee my total cost was under $The door works better than it had in a long time and I no longer have worries of it being an issue
