previous problem with the pressure being faulty only in my apartment since October The contractor was aware of this problem then and nothing was done on the grounds that it required the removal of tile and shutting down the waterThis was only corrected when the water pressure problem came up, in March In my complaint it is not stated that I want to abandon the contractIn fact, it has been extremely frustrating and dissapointing to see now a need to move from this apartment, since I like the areaThe inordinately disrespectful and the constant bullying from the property manager compounds the situation In the landlord's response there is a statement that reveals that a tenant has the landlord's phone numberHowever, when I signed the rental contract, Ms [redacted] stated that the landlord is a Lebanese man that lives out-of-state and the person is difficult to contactMs [redacted] went as far as saying that when she called the landlord, the person yelled at her angrily because he did not want to be bothered at his work officeI am suspicious about this information since there are inconsistencies perspiring from it The contractor also speaks of being in contact with the property manager, and not with the landlordI suspect that [redacted] is the landlord and she has decided not to disclose this information for unknown reasonsThis lack of transparency in business is of Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In response to the landlord's statements: In my complaint I explained that there was an extremely low water pressure. In said complaint I did not include a previous problem with the pressure being faulty only in my apartment since October 2014. The contractor was aware of this problem then and nothing was done on the grounds that it required the removal of tile and shutting down the water. This was only corrected when the water pressure problem came up, in March 2014. In my complaint it is not stated that I want to abandon the contract. In fact, it has been extremely frustrating and dissapointing to see now a need to move from this apartment, since I like the area. The inordinately disrespectful and the constant bullying from the property manager compounds the situation.
In the landlord's response there is a statement that reveals that a tenant has the landlord's phone number. However, when I signed the rental contract, Ms. [redacted] stated that the landlord is a Lebanese man that lives out-of-state and the person is difficult to contact. Ms. [redacted] went as far as saying that when she called the landlord, the person yelled at her angrily because he did not want to be bothered at his work office. I am suspicious about this information since there are inconsistencies perspiring from it.
The contractor also speaks of being in contact with the property manager, and not with the landlord. I suspect that [redacted] is the landlord and she has decided not to disclose this information for unknown reasons. This lack of transparency in business is of concern to me. In addition to this, there was an apparent change in property management that was not directly communicated, and that I have learned about through hear-say. The person, [redacted] (surname unknown) harassed me on the day that I moved to the current unit, when he banged on the window and then informed me that if I was not moved within the next hours, that I would have to stay in the previous unit. I was given less than 24hrs to move. While I was moving, [redacted] tried to contact me. However, I did not have the phone with me, as I was busy with the move. She sent [redacted] to effectively intimidate me. This man yelled and was hostile in his treatment.
Last week [redacted] called my phone number and identified himself as the property manager. After a disagreement, [redacted] yelled at me, not allowing me to talk, and then hung-up. This type of treatment is another reason why I want to report to the Revdex.com. I am do not have any ulterior motives, nor have I been morose in payment. For May's rent I deducted $100, as verbally advised by [redacted], to compensate for the days without water. This issue has been resolved. However, there are excavated areas, over 3 feet deep, that have not been covered, risking injury to tenants.
The threatening, retaliatory, and overall hostile tone of the management and landlord communications have made my living here a source of stress, rather than a place where I come and enjoy my life. I have not made unreasonable requests, nor do I constantly complaint about the problems at the unit. The common areas are not maintained, there are at least 2 stalled cars in the parking area, the breakers are not accessible to all tenants, and it is challenging to get in touch with management, be it because they are not available, because I was informed that the landlord is not in-state, or because their treatment is down-right hostile and discriminatory. Per conversations with neighbors, a Hispanic woman and a disabled veteran have both suffered hostile treatment from the management.
I stand strong behind my complaint, extending it with this response. I placed this complaint when the water situation came-up and exercised my right to complaint due to the inaction and lack of communication from the management, in addition to the constant harassment and mistreatment and suspected discrimination due to gender and race. Although this is not the correct forum to complaint about discrimination, I see no other way to address the landlord's response.
The landlord's response did not come within the period that the Revdex.com suggests, and the landlord took this opportunity to bring up an issue that is not related to the water incident. I provided a 30 days notice and have complied with payment. Since the living conditions at this address have become hostile and intimidatory, I do not deem it adequate to stay here any longer, although the size, price, location, and characteristics of the property are ideal. Also, the lack of maintenance to the common areas is off putting. Also, the landlord's tone is retaliatory, something that a paying and responsible tenant should not have to go through. These are the reasons why I want to report this business to the Revdex.com, in addition to the original complaint. And it we went with impossibly low water pressures for over 48hrs. At this point I am not seeking anything, only this opportunity to state facts and make this landlord's/management practices known.
If the intention of the landlord is to direct a personal attack on me, the tenant, then it is a shame. This is primer real state in a wonderful area, but it is poorly managed by persons who have been getting away with bullying and hostility, in addition to bad maintenance, lies, cover-ups, and excuse-making.

In response to complaint # [redacted]:  This tenant just wants out of her one year contract and this is not a valid complaint, she is not being honest with her statement.
This is what happen: I got a call from another tenant telling me the pressure
was low, then I sent a contractor...

to check the problem, he first changed the valves of this tenant and [redacted](the tenant that made the complaint) called the contractor outside her door and he changed her valve too, but then the pressure was still low but functional, so the contractor called the locator to find out if a pipe had collapsed. The pressure of the water started to slow down on that evening, the next morning, when the locator arrived at the properties to find out where was the problem, and he found a collapsed pipe, then the plumber started to work on it the same day and it was finished by the next morning ,and everything was back to normal pressure, besides it
was not completely without water, it was just low pressure, the water was shut off only for 31 hours when the pipe was replaced, and you can ask all other tenants besides her and her  best friend that lives on apt 2, all other 6 units have a different story.
We did the repairs as fast as it could be done, we offered the tenants to take
2 days of rent from the rent money, but this lady with 2nd intentions did not
deduct the money we allowed her to take from rent.
Please remove this complaint from my LLC. If you want to talk to all other tenants, I will give you the permission, please call my friend [redacted] at 602- 955-7465 and he will provide you with copy of rental contracts and phone numbers that I will give him, as Im a very busy person traveling all times, so you can contact all other tenants for clearing this false accusation.
The locator company phone number is ###-###-#### and ###-###-####
If you need contractor to call you, he will, just leave a message for [redacted] and he will return your call with the number of the contractor, but the contractor does not give permission for you to give his number to the tenants, he only deals with landlords, as a copy might be sent to the tenant that made tllis false complaint.
Thanks
