As stated in our replies to [redacted] ***s emails (last one sent on 01/ [redacted] with no reply from him), he needs to provide an ORDER NUMBER or any other REFERENCE since we have NO RECORD of any order under HIS NAME or [redacted] ***'s, neither could we find any orders shipped to their addressWe also requested this from [redacted] during a phone call but she wasn't able to provide any information that would help us locate the orderEverything seems to indicate this item was ordered through a different retailer in which case any returns would need to be processed directly through themI would advise [redacted] and [redacted] to search in their email for a sales confirmation or in their statements for the actual charge around the date of the purchase so they can identify the vendorIf that's not the case and they do confirm it was ordered through us, we'll be happy to process any refunds or exchanges as long as they can provide an order number or proof that the item was purchased directly on our website, [redacted]

Customer purchased one of our towel sets from [redacted] and experienced some quality issues with the productHer initial complain was placed via our retail website Kassatex.comUnfortunately, no one was ever able to provide resolution to her problem because her order was not placed on our website so there was no PO# to follow up on her order.I was able to call and speak with the customer and explain to her where the miscommunication occurredAll Kassatex Prime products are not being shipped by KassatexThey are being shipped from the nearest [redacted] warehouse [redacted] purchases products from Kassatex in bulk, so that they are able to warehouse in their several different locations around the US and are able to ship within the guaranteed time frameWhenever a customer experiences an issue with a Kassatex product purchased on [redacted] , it is Amazon's responsibility to assist the customer as they are the ones who physically own and ship the goodsOur online customer service representatives will be unable to obtain order details and provide satisfactory service if there is no trace of an order in our systemsBecause of this, no one was ever able to asssit Eowyn with her concerns.Here at Kassatex, we pride ourselves in exceptional customer service and wanted to ensure Eowyn that her satisfaction is our number one priorityWe have sent her a replacement towel set--at no cost to her

Kassatex has reached out to the customer and have replaced the damaged Robe free of charge.
