Hired company to repair progressing siding damage due to poor previous repair from swindlerReceived pretty decent quote to repair siding and I added repair of rotted window sills and ledgesThey quoted me and added entire home painting all for $regardless of the amount of siding replacedI have Masonite/wood siding (he called it something else)I would definitely recommend themMy house looks brand new

They don't do what they say they will, then overcharge and then continue to send estimates for things we do not want done after we told them no moreCalled in the beginning of July for a price on lawn cutting, edging and weeding & estimate for pine straw. Told $80 first visit $65 after. They come by & only cut the grass. Call and complain, they come back 2 days later and do some edging, but not complete, removed my phlox and lily flowers instead and left some weeds. My gate is broken and 3 solar light are broken. Call and emailed to cancel any future service or estimates. 7/20 I receive a bill for an additional $75 for weeding which I never agreed to. Today I receive a bid for a bunch of services I never asked for totaling $1883.29! They don't respond to emails.Desired SettlementI want them to not trespass on my property and do not do anymore work or send anymore estimates. They also need to take me off their email list since they sent a mass email without blind cc. So all the customers saw all of their customer's email addresses.

Company did not deliver as offered and failed to keep promise. I hired this company via [redacted] to complete a "move out" special. I was told property would be ready to rent out once they left. They did an ok job however there were a lot of overlooked items they just were not cleaned. I left a review on [redacted] in which I was promised they would return and clean the items that were missed. Upon contacting the company to follow up on this and contrary to the review, I was denied. I was told that the warranty was only for 24 hours however my review and the response were both outside of 24 hours of service rendered. Then I was told it has been more than 30 days however the property is vacant and the only mess in the house is what they were paid to clean and left in there. I'm Left having to hire someone else because they failed to deliver as promised--- two times. /////Desired SettlementI would like for the job to be finished as promised however the property hopefully will be rented soon. /////
