Review: I hired Kassie to take my wedding photos. She has given me some but I'm missing 300 pictures. She told me that she put them in a dropbox but there is nothing in the dropbox. I have paid her in full and now I can't get a hold of her. She doesn't answer the phone or emails or texts. I would like to receive the rest of my wedding photos from her.Desired Settlement: I would like the 300 photos she owes me. I have tried everything to get them.

Review: My husband hired Kassie to photograph our entire wedding on 1/19/2013 through [redacted] for $700. The contract included a CD of all of our pictures edited. Kassie showed up about a half hour after our ceremony ended. She did however take posed photos at the church and at our entire reception. She agreed though email to reduce the fee by $200 for being so late. We paid her half of the fee before the wedding, and sent her the rest about 2 weeks after the wedding. She still has not given us any wedding photos, and ignores our requests. Her mom saw some emails and has tried to help us but she has not been able to get them to us. Most recently, Kassie told us that the only way we could get our photos was to pay a computer repair person $400 to fix her laptop that she said our photos were on. We were desperate and paid him, but he only sent us a few unedited photos from the last half hour of the reception. and ignores our calls also now. The whole process has been terrible, and it breaks our heart that we have no professional pictures from our wedding. We have even told her we would take them unedited, and have mailed her two zip drives in a self addressed and paid postage box for the photos. At first we wrote reviews online, and she would get upset with us so we would take them down because we were scared we would not get the pictures. Now we have given up and the whole story is also posted on [redacted]. I really would feel terrible if someone else hired her and had to go though what we have.Desired Settlement: We would just like our photos. For the $400 we paid to her computer person - her mom has offered to pay us back, and if not we will go to court to get that money.
