Hello, At this time, our office facility has not received the remaining balance owed by money order that was sent over by Postal Mail Carrier. Our office is open during morning business hours and we are not sure as to why it was not delivered apporpriately as we are not in control over the
Postal Mail Carrier. At this time, we are willing to accept payment in the amount of $1,to be paid by *** QuickPay with *** and this can be sent to Citywide Movers, Incwith Job No: CW *** for remaining balance to the following email address: [email protected]. Once we have confirmed payment has be received by Citywide Movers, Incthen we can discuss delivery of items. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter

Hello, Our client has been NOT paid their balance in full and thus we CANNOT deliver their goods. We provided services to our client and the total bill came out to $1,381.00 and was signed and agreed to at pickup. After shipment was in route, the client wanted to negotiate his balance and...

did not read his contract. We sent emails explaining his bill and any overages and offered a discount. Customer was extreamly difficult and refused to pay and wanted more money back. On the day of delivery, the client spoke with our general manager and the client and our company came to an agreement of a final balance of $1,100.00. The client mentioned he was going to pay but then told our driver he's not paying. We cannot deliver the client shipments until the balance is in full. Client now wants his items and agreed to pay the $1,100.00 and continues to cause problems for our company. We sent over an email as of this morning on October 11th, 2017 stating that we require full balance of $1,100.00 to be remitted to our company immediately before we can schedule delivery and we are awaiting response. We ask that you close and remove this complaint as the client has NOT paid for their move at all and we legally cannot deliver until the agreed amount is paid in full.Best Regards,  Customer Relations & Claims Department |Citywide Movers,Inc. Office: ([redacted]

It appears that the client has accepted our resolution offer and once we get the payment of $1100.00 we will be able to move forward with the delivery. -Citywide Movers Inc.

Hello, Please be advise, that the money order that was sent to our address was not received by our company during normal business hours. We continued to track down the package because and every time the tracking information mentioned there were delays. We even contacted the facility and they mentioned there was some problems and they ensured that it would be delivered soon but instead was only returned back to the sender. This is completely out of our hands and you Revdex.com complaint continues to arise but the Revdex.com nor our company cannot resolve your issues or delivery without complete payment per our agreement. Per our contract and for our protection, we only accept payment in the form of Cash or Postal Money Order. You refused to make the agreed payment at pickup and at the first initial delivery thus inconveniencing our company and postponed your next delivery without full payment for the relocation services provided to you from Citywide Movers, Inc. These are your only options at this time - (1) Re-send Money Order by Postal Mail with tracking requiring no signature or (2) Send payment through money transfer with [redacted] with your bank institution.
