My most sincere apologies that the site specific study has taken so long to produce. Multiple injuries and personal matters have deeply affected my ability to produce your completed project during the 2017 calendar year. I am working steadily through a backlog of projects, but this one has certainly...

fallen by the wayside. I have two options for the client. 1. I can immediately refund his deposit for $2500 in full. No work will be completed but he will receive a full refund. 2. I will proceed with the contracted work and deliver the final site specific study by December 1st. There will be no additional charge and I will not bill for the other 50% ($2500). Hopefully either of these options will satisfy my client. Again, my deepest apologies. Travis
