I have no ill will towards *** Or his establishment And wish them the best of luck

Review: This company solicited me for online SEO services and they made many promises on which they did not deliver. They violated their own contractual agreement with me. I was supposed to receive local seo advertising with 10 keywords, listing in 20 directories a month, citations, etc... Which I did not receive. It took me three months to get them to send me anything after being lied to and getting the runaround. They finally sent me one email listing only 4 keywords instead of the 10 stated in their contract. They were not local to the area, but very generic and hard to rank for. I had no knowledge as to which words they had chosen or any input as to which ones I wanted to try and rank for after months of asking. I was nowhere to be found on rankings. There was no way to gauge if they were even using the four as there was no transparency and no analytics to track progress. Then they said they lost my info and had to start over yet nothing was done. I took valuable time from my business trying to get them to return my many email and phone call requests asking to know what was going on and why nothing was done. The sales rep that signed me up would not talk with me and I had to deal with his programmer who promised the world and delivered nothing. I had to hide my number so they would answer the phone to discuss my account and I got the same BS if I did reach them. I asked for a refund repeatedly since they dropped the ball and after 3 months nothing was done and they refused to give me my money back. I did my part and paid them in good faith and they did not fulfill the terms of their agreement. I came here after exhausting all my options.Desired Settlement: I feel I should be refunded the money I spent for services not given. I want the $398.00 refunded.

Review: Paid this company to correct and consolidate my internet listing information. This has not been done to my satisfaction or how I was told it would be done. Company phone goes to automated answering machine that does not connect with extensions as instructed. Personal number I was given goes to a fax tone at the current time. I am getting calls from other companies that want to fix my listings because they are still messed up. Katapult also advertises and told me I would have lifetime support, guess lifetime is about 3-4 months.Desired Settlement: Do what they are supposed to do or refund me my money.

Review: Almost 2 months of [redacted] telling me he will get it right and no pin #, nothing changed in my Google listing as he said it would. First time he says they sent the pin # to my old address of my business address which is the whole reason for dealing with them, to get the correct address on google. The automated phone call was very time sensitive so my business listing would be removed if I did not spend $[redacted] right now. The next call was telling me that I would get a # sent to me to access my google listing to add content ect.. Never came! The next call [redacted] told me I would be sent the # again. Never came. Please don't get scammed. I am requesting my Credit card company dispute this and get my money back.Desired Settlement: Get my money back!
