She lied She got access to the product but then she filed for refund with *** anyway cause she abused me verbally and I told her to calm down because after I responded to the email she first sent me asking what her problem was I went to bed (it was late night) and I was back the next
day to a string of verbal assaults from her The access was provided that very same day but she claimed another thing that the product isn't as described which was obviously a lie because she hadn't even read the stuff she complained about (just to be right).She filed a claim with *** and it's now being processed but she kept emailing me with more abuses I told her the product couldn't be accessed temporarily until after the case being decided by *** which is either she'll get the money back or her refund request was denied in which case she can access the product again but she wanted her way and the entire time she was very abusiveI have a disclaimer on every sales page that I don't offer refund and all sales are final From the sound of it she wants the product for free which is why I don't offer refund in the first place People can get to know me through tons of my free stuff on my website and all over the net so only committed buyers who are willing to invest in my products and services should buy from meI can give more proof of the aggressiveness and harassment this person did through emails Very uncalled for I don't deserve to be treated as such by a virtual strangerThank you

There is a glitch in the system that sent old messages from December at the same time a new message was scheduled. And the person concerned has been removed from the list the first time she complaint however the new message had been dispatched so it appeared that I sent two emails while in
fact only one. She just needs to chillAnd I didn't develop the system so it wasn't my fault that it didn't have an unsubscribe button and it needs to be done manually which I do each time somebody is asking to be removed. I had been using the email broadcast to communicate with current and past clients. Hope this settles it. Katarina Phang

I am rejecting this response because:she only gave you half of the emails sentPlease advise where I can upload all threats she made against meI have also forwarded them to a lawyer and she had made threats to go to my employer and demean me on the InternetThese are completely imminent and the threats are considered to be creditable and real as she sent several emails with those claims and personal threats.
I had access for minutes on Saturday and she locked me out due to my *** claimThis isn't how business is run and they fact someone can try and cyber bully you needs the attention of authorities.
all claims are in the thread of emails that I would like to forward as part of my caseI also have all the *** info to back my story as wellI would like my USD refunded to my *** account as this matter will go unsolved until that has been completedPlease send an email I can forward the thread too as there is a multiple emails on a row

I am rejecting this response because:I have a photo of no access and I never threatened herAll I asked for was access or a refundShe told me to retract the claim and she would give me accessNot a great way to do businessIf I paid for a product then I should have access and not on her own accord.After seeing how she treats people I don't feel she should be treating people this way as she is the one providing the service!!! Can I send the emails as proof of this? I have also filed a complaint with my lawyer as she still continues to email me with "you're a liar" USD converts to that's was taken out of my *** account.I have know contacted my carrier to completely block her from my emails as she has been going all dayshe know has threatened to contact my employerThis is cyber bulling I would like my money back so I never have to deal with this againThat would be my desired resolution. thanks in advance,*** ***

Attached is proof that she's a liar and has accessed the product at least twice that I supplied to *** days ago as proof that I'm a reputable and honest business woman I have had tens of thousands of clients over the years and my service is very prompt and personal The testimonials on my site and *** page is why she landed on my website in the first placeAnd the shot of the lies and abuses she sent me and my responses
Fact is as the emails showed, she got access to the ebook but she didn't like my response that I didn't work 24/so she claimed to *** that the product wasn't as described (that showed she had access to the product already but still wanted a refund anyway...thus she's lying) She could have downloaded all the product and bonuses and now are asking for a refund I restrict her access temporarily until the matter is resolved by *** one way or another That's the common procedure I use for every case like this
I can show what she said to *** but there is no enough space for attachments This woman is an angry person who thinks she can treat anyone anyway she likes and we have to submit to her whims I don't become successful by submitting to a bully that she's projecting on me She claimed she had sent all these emails to her employer so she told me to go ahead and report her I haven't reported her to her employer but if the harassment continues I shall I am in the right here She isn't being fairShe can't wait for the solution to be resolved by *** that she and I choose as our arbitrary in cases like this She filed the claim to *** and now she wants to bully me into submitting to her I don't always win in cases like this with them but I accept each and every decision they make So let's wait and seeOne thing for sure I will never steal from anyone I don't need to But I stick to my principles and won't let anyone bully me around as she obviously was trying since the very first emails she sent me Her interaction with me was extremely toxicThank you for allowing the space to explain my case

 Although I found Katarina Phang's response very rude, unprofessional and blaming it on a software program she purchased probably herself for her own company I can see that this is about the best I'm going to get from her. We'll see if the emails stop. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
