21, 2015 check number 1355 was voided out due to never being cashed and over 90 days old. We want to make this matter right so attached you will find a new check for the amount she is requesting. The credit at move out before any other charges was $341.32 and this is what we are refunding her. She provided us at move out the address of [redacted]. Please note that the check will be mailed to that location. If you feel that you need any additional information please feel free to reach out to us.
