Review: This " facility " is unsanitary, my brother was bedridden after brain surgery and was left in a soiled bedsheet, was not served breakfast, was not bathed nor was his teeth brushed. Supervising nurse, Ms. M[redacted] did nothing when I complained. He had to wait hours for pain medicine. He was left in his room without being attended to. Horrible place!Desired Settlement: I would like someone in administration to call me, and to make check his staff qualifications.
