Review: On 10/12/2013 I gave them two items for repair, a necklace and a shoe with "gems" (cubic zirconia?). I waited for several months and then stopped in to discuss the length of time (March 2014). The wife said it is hard to find the right CZ's so I said no problem return them to me. She called her husband at home and told him to bring the items to the store. I said I would be back to pick them up. I returned again in April, no items. She called him again. I came back in May, no items. I then went in one more time (in June) and she said she would get them by the end of the week. They never, never called me ever to say my items were in. I went back into the store on Saturday, July 20th and asked for my items. The wife said, they are not here. I said this is ridiculous, you need to get them. The wife went in the back of the store and returned with her husband and they proceeded to browbeat me for coming into the store "She told you she would call you, she didn't call you". It was an unbelievable experience in inappropriate behaviour. He knew he had been called, he remembered yet attacked me for showing up. He never offered to "get them by XYZ date".Desired Settlement: I want my items in the exact condition I gave them to them ASAP. I want an apology for their lack of concern, vindictive, negative behavior, and I want someone with me when I pick them up to protect me. Those people are scary. If I do not get resolution I will sue them in small claims court.

I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences here. There is a wide variety of jewelry, stones, gifts and jewelry making supplies.
