I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:This company had lied. I was told the item was sent back out to me, the customer service person, to call back to get the tracking number, that's when I called back and he informed me, that the item was out of stock. I ordered this product on June **, and were in August. The entire time I was told over and over that I could have the item sent back to me. If they had told me that my item might be given to another customer, I would have asked for a refund. I was only given a refund after, I called and the guy, who was very rude, said my ear phones had been given to someone else. What kind of system do they have, when a customer can't get her item sent back to her. They said I had the wrong address,when I looked at what they had, my address had said street, instead of avenue. Im not sure if I made the mistake of them. This company takes no responsibility for their bad customer service. I will never do bussiness with them again. They haven't did one to make amends, except blame me.

We did inform the customer that once the package is returned we can send out another unit if available. Our returns dept checks packages and if the returned unit is brand new and sealed it is...

automatically placed back on the shelf for sale. Unfortunately that item was sold out before this order was reprocessed. We also ran out of stock for the item in our original inventory. We have already issued a refund to this customer on August [redacted] through [redacted] marketplace (Where the order was placed). Although we try our best to fix any issues that arise and we have done all we could in this case. As stated in our store policy we are not responsible for any expenses or issues that arise due to the customer providing an incorrect/invalid shipping address. The customer has already been refunded on August [redacted]. In the future please make sure the shipping address you submit is accurate to avoid issues such as this. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Review: I have been waiting since June 2015 to receive my headphones from this company. They said I put the wrong address on my order. I was told that I would have to wait until it was returned to the company, before they could either credit my account or have it re shipped out to me. I was told it finally returned to them and that it was being shipped out. I called today and they said, they are out of stock, and it will be two weeks before they get more in. Well that doesn't make sense, because all they were suppose to do, is ship it back to me. The person on the phone, was the same guy, who's been telling me for weeks, that it could be sent right back to me. He was rude and unhelpful. This has been a nightmare!
