Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:This company had liedI was told the item was sent back out to me, the customer service person, to call back to get the tracking number, that's when I called back and he informed me, that the item was out of stockI ordered this product on June **, and were in AugustThe entire time I was told over and over that I could have the item sent back to meIf they had told me that my item might be given to another customer, I would have asked for a refundI was only given a refund after, I called and the guy, who was very rude, said my ear phones had been given to someone elseWhat kind of system do they have, when a customer can't get her item sent back to herThey said I had the wrong address,when I looked at what they had, my address had said street, instead of avenueIm not sure if I made the mistake of themThis company takes no responsibility for their bad customer serviceI will never do bussiness with them againThey haven't did one to make amends, except blame me In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
We did inform the customer that once the package is returned we can send out another unit if availableOur returns dept checks packages and if the returned unit is brand new and sealed it is automatically placed back on the shelf for saleUnfortunately that item was sold out before this order was reprocessedWe also ran out of stock for the item in our original inventoryWe have already issued a refund to this customer on August [redacted] through [redacted] marketplace (Where the order was placed)Although we try our best to fix any issues that arise and we have done all we could in this caseAs stated in our store policy we are not responsible for any expenses or issues that arise due to the customer providing an incorrect/invalid shipping addressThe customer has already been refunded on August ***In the future please make sure the shipping address you submit is accurate to avoid issues such as thisWe apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you
