The client in question came to my salon 5/7/We put color on her hair , she was happy when she left.She bought a bottle of All Nutrient shampoo to use at homeShe didn't call us until the end of June,and was told to call back on a Thurs., Frior Satas that was the days that we would be available to talk to herShe kept calling on days that we weren't thereFinally she called on a day I was there, 8/14/She told me she loved her color and needed to get it again but she was allergic to the shampooShe said she was allergic to sulfatesWe told her the shampoo has NO sulfates(It even says it on the bottle) The hairdresser who did her hair, who she talked to, gave her the name and number of the All Nutrient company to talk to about the shampooShe wanted her money back and I told her I am a small business and can't return productsWe asked her what else she had been using prior to the shampoo and she told us Wen, Aveda, Diavone and cider vinegarBut she told us that shouldn't matter but it doesVinegar is an acid which CAN irritate the scalp! She had also told us when she was in having her color done that she wears a wig a lotThat can also irritate a scalpShe NEVER came back to my salon to show me a rash or irritation and to even talk to meI told her I could give her some samples to try and see if she would like them and also I could give her another product at half price which would be my costThat didn't seem to satisfy herShe wanted the full price of the product she bought off a serviceI told her again I was sorry but I couldn't do that( incidentally we use the same shampoo in the salon that she said she was allergic to)She told me that wasn't enough to satisfy her to make her want to come back and hung up on meI talked to her on 8/14/and she made a claim on 9/14/It is unbelievable that a person waits over a month to complain about a product! This whole situation is unbelievable that she would wait that long to say she had an allergic reaction as it could not be demonstrated or proven after that length of timeShe never came to show us her alleged reaction to the shampooShe only wanted money back from us
