MY NAME IS TK B***, I AM THE OFFICE MANAGER FOR AZ SW SHUTTLE, I PERSONAL TOOK THIS RESERVATION FOR THIS PERSON, SHE CALLED MADE A RESERVATION AND MAYBE DAYS LATER SHE CALLED AGAIN TO CANCEL, WHILE IN THE PROCESS OF GIVING THE CREDIT SHE CALLED AND MADE ANOTHER RESERVATION, SO WE DIDNT
ISSUE THE CREDIT, WE USE IT FOR THE NEW RESERVATION, SHE THEN CALLED BACK A FEW DAYS OR WEEK LATER, CAN'T RECALL, EXACT TIME, I THEN WENT ON VACATION FOR A WEEK AND I UNDERSTAND SHE WAS TRYING TO GET A CREDITI WILL ISSUE A CREDIT ON MPNDAY BUT THIS WAS A MESS, I BELIEVE HER CHILD BECAME SICK, BUT THIS SEEM TO BE UNFAIR THAT THEY MAKE THESE CLAIMS WITHOUT TELLING THE WHOLE STORY. WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH YOUR OFFICE ON MONDAY
