We can understand some of Brian's frustration and we have read his observations of his experience at the School. It is unfortunate that he decided to cancel from the program after attending 50% of the training. We were not aware of any other problems Brian was having until we
received this complaint. In discussing it with staff they felt he had been reasonable and satisfied when things were previously explained to him.We are sorry about any miscommunications which took placeThere will be no charges for tuition or any other expenses we may have incurred on his behalf such as costs for his drug screen etc. We have been operating this program since at this location and have thousands of satisfied graduatesWe almost always have positive results for our students.In any event we wish Brian good luck for the future. *** ***
