For the past 5 years Kathleen has helped me and my husband regain custody of 2 out of 4 step children. This process has been a nightmare with my husband's ex -wife who has clearly disclosed fault accusations and continues to this day to be Malicious. Kathleen has been wonderful in the process of being a mediator for my husband and his evil ex-wife. Mother has been alienating the children for 5 years and falsely accused my husband of domestic violence that never occurred during their 15 year marriage. As soon as my husband filed for divorce mother immediately played the Domestic violence card and even went as far as taking domestic violence classes.

All in all Kathleen is a saint and we thank God she was introduced to us and saw through mother's lies.

If you think by purchasing a meal for Kathleen means she is on your side then you are stupid to think this because you should have been providing the meal or snacks to her while she is spending hours of her time with you and your family. Don't forget that for those above who complained about Kathleen. Those are clearly people that she saw right through and so don't be a hater because you didn't get your way.

I have her as a court appointed TI. Complete immunity and I can't even file a complaint against her without the Judges permission. This is not someone who lost their kids complaining. She immediately identified, in her own words, "severe" child abuse. Took my child out of my ex-wife's care and gave her supervised visits only and gave me full custody. refuses to submit a TI report even though the TI appointment requires one. I reminded her she is a mandated reporter and she won't report the abuse. She told me she doesn't feel that legally punishing my ex-wife would benefit our child. when I mentioned I would report her she just told me she did report the unsafe condition of my drug use. over a decade ago and DCS doesn't want her to report it as its too old. So to try and keep me quiet she then sent to my ex-wifes attorney that we are both at fault. yet she states my ex-wife isn't allowed to see our daughter except supervised and I have full custody. you cant hold her accountable and this is ridiculous. I can't get out of this program and now I am going to have to pay for it as I pissed her off. total joke.

Kathleen (Kathy) Miholich is one of the most evil, manipulative, and narcissistic people out there. She has worse morals than most convicts and will talk out of both sides of her mouth in order to pad her pockets with money. She claims she invented all of these strategies used in Family Law and custody cases and she drops names to try to make herself sound important. Those that the claims that she knows, will eagerly say how they really feel about Kathy's dishonest and sleazy ways in the industry. Those that know Kathy in the community have nothing but disgust for her. Kathy will target your weakness and extract as much money as she can from you. She will misrepresent the truth and spin lies so that you are embroiled in the battle for as long as possible. She doesn't care about you or your family. She channels her payments into illegal ventures and has been known to lose her temper and scream at a parent when she was called out on her blatant lies. She will spend much of your time and money discussing ways she can get out of her responsibilities and work. She will have you buy her food, drinks, and whatever treats she desires which will lead you to think she is supportive of you and your family. She will only submit reports when she wants and she alters them regularly based on how she thinks the storyline should continue. Her lies will poison your case and leave you angry, confused, and disappointed that you didn't read the online reviews and warnings about her earlier. She should not be allowed to work with families and children. She is a cancer that sucks out the very last drop of good life in her clients. Beware! She just wants your money.

Kathleen Miholich is a money-driven monster hell bent on protecting the person paying her, regardless of that person’s illegal, immoral, and/or acutely questionable conduct. She has no qualms about attempting to manipulate memories, feelings, or intelligence of children, and she deliberately falsifies her unorganized and undated notes to create a record in favor of her “client”. Anything said to her is subject to her tabloid spin: she is a drama queen who thrives on chaos. Kathleen, or Kathy as she prefers to be called, is highly unprofessional, often scheduling sessions and forgetting to calendar them and/or calling/texting/emailing at very late hours to reschedule.
She will lie in court while under oath, or will simply refuse to answer legitimate, evidence-supported questions with responses such as, “I don’t know,” and “I can’t recall.”
This woman, despite all of her highly impressive knowledge and experience, is not only unhelpful but is seriously harmful to high conflict family matters.

Kathleen Miholich was extremely biased in my case. She would text me odd hours of the night to correspond with me. Her job was to simply supervise visitations for my daughter, but instead bonded with the very person she was supervising. Because of this my daughter has had to start over and go through more counseling. Kathleen Miholich's behavior is very strange and unprofessional. All negative reviews on this page are accurate.

Incompetent at the work she is being entrusted to perform for families in a very serious and painful moment in their young children's lives. She may be, and can be a pleasant lady to chat with, but I'd be very cautious with utilizing her Services for Therapeutic Interventionist purposes. If you should find yourself in a courtroom and the Judge is about to appoint Kathleen to your case, request the Judge to place benchmarks into the Appointment Minute Entry that it is expected T/I will make at minimum Quarterly Reports of the Reunification Process and parties cooperation with the T/I process. Additionally, request that a Monthly Accounting and Billing Invoice be provided to the parties...Yes, Monthly which may turn into Quarterly or in my case, a hand written bill sent to the Judge more than 45-days after the Judge Terminated, and did Not Renew her Appointment to my case, which was 6-months after the last T/I meeting the parties to the case with Kathleen. NO REUNIFICATION EVER TOOK PLACE...NONE!

This women is a narcissistic unstable person. Her vindictive approach to control the situation will destroy the party she chooses to side against. She is not a healthy person herself, and has no place making decisions in others lives. She is unscrupulous in that she will meet with the other party behind your back, having secret meetings, where she is essentially, "bought off." There is no telling whom she may end up siding with, and designing her 3-4+ months late reports completely bias supporting. She has been in the business ALONG time (20+ years) and began her career with CPS, with that being said, she has a lot of people in her pocket, thus plays the game very dirty, undermining a lot of work you may have done to implement therapy and other services for your children. She will aid and abed child molesters, and she will take a high conflict situation, ignore and ignite the situation, play on emotions, and set the stage for absolute chaos and insanity, in order to ensure her financial funding to Europe, at the cost of your families livelihood. She certainly is not focused on conflict resolution, it doesn't make her enough money. Don't be deceived!
