I am rejecting this response because: Your receptionist *** could not get my email correctI gave her my email address times to send me the instructions to your "virtual app", finally when I offered to first email her then that is how we
were able to exchange the informationI had been in contact with *** several times and in several instances I told her I wanted a mouth piece yet, she told me I had to make an appointment, now how is that not tricking me into an appointment with your officeSince your app did not workI had to take time out of my hours of work to attempt to use your app, again another waste of my time and added stressThis doctor would interrupt me when I would give him my answers and speak over me, which made the visit frustratingLastly, when I insisted on the mouth piece he just simply said "well your dentist can give you that" because he was trying to convince me to get a C-Pap when I already have one and as I was walking out he said "I hope we did not waste your time"Again this all could have been avoided if your receptionist *** knew what to do all alongI wasted my time on attempting the app that your office scheduled me for, then driving all the way over there for a min visitThis is time off of work and my dayOn top of that getting stuck in traffic on my way back, your office made my day worseAnd you are still charging me these $when your office did nothing but waste my time! Your office did not help me at all with my issue, instead cause more stress and wasted time for everyone involvedI request that you stop attempting to charge me for a visit that did nothing for me the patient
