Dear Revdex.com Case Administrator,Enclosed pls find our response to your letter dated June 7, regarding complaint # [redacted] .Pursuant to the “Electronic Code of federal Regulation” Section – direct disputes, specifically subsection (f) regarding “frivolous or irrelevant disputes”, it provides that a furnisher is not required to investigate a direct dispute if we have reasonably determined that the dispute is frivolous or irrelevantA dispute qualifies as frivolous or irrelevant if the consumer did not provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed informationThat is exact the case hereMr***’s claim was frivolous and did not contain any sufficient information to make the case at allIn his rebuttal letter, he claimed that he was “displease”, had “worst experience”, was “harmed psychologically and economically”However, there was not a single fact to support to any of his claimWhy did he feel “displease”? Why did he have “worst experience”? How did he get “harmed psychologically and economically”? There were no reasons at allThe only reason that he filed to Revdex.com was to ask for a refund of his money which we explained in our initial response letter and clearly stated that every minute of our services were justified and he should pay the services we provided to him to prepare his income tax returns foreign bank and financial account reporting His income tax returns and foreign bank and financial account reporting were prepared according to the United State income tax codes, laws and regulations with our high work standardWe are confident that we provided highest quality service to himAs a result, he should respect our service to him and our service should be paid in full based on our mutually agreed-upon signed service contract before the services startedWe request Revdex.com to treat his claim as frivolous or irrelevant disputes and dismiss it accordinglyIf you have any questions, please feel free to let us knowThank you very much for your assistance! I’m most displeased with CPA *** ***’s service and attitude, and this is the worst experience our family have ever had since we came to AmericaI promise on my honor that every word I’ve said is trueDue to that we were harmed psychologically and economically by the business, I insist to keep the complaint and have her apologize and the exceeding fee returned. Thank you for dealing with our case.

to review We sincerely hope that you can dismiss their accusations against us due to their sole pricing dispute Per your policy, if in facts, all they intended to do were trying to dispute our reasonable services fees per our mutually agreed-upon signed engagement contract, Revdex.com should not accept their case, especially since their case involves complex international tax and foreign bank and financial account report issues in which we spent a lot of time and efforts on helping them with timely completing their first US tax returns and foreign bank and financial account reports for when we were engaged to help them with their US filing needs in late March 2017.If you have any questions, pls do not hesitate to contact us Look forward to resolving the issues soon.Thank you very much for your assistance!Sincerely, ***

A dispute qualifies as frivolous or irrelevant if the consumer did not provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed informationThat is exact the case here. Mr. [redacted]’s claim was frivolous and did not contain any sufficient information to make the case at all. Why did he feel “displease”?
